Pagosa Central gets ready for the New Year
 

2012 should be a great year with lots happening around town. CDOT has finally finished the tunnel on Rt. 160 on the east side of Wolf Creek Pass as well as most of the other road constuction up there, so access to Pagosa from the north and east will be a much more pleasent experience.

The weather provided major snow dumps in the end of December and beginning of January, with Wolf Creek Ski Area getting 124 inches from one very long storm. This weather was reported widely in the national press, which should increase interest in ski vacation bookings.

The town recently unveiled a Downtown Conceptual Master Plan it has been working on. For more information on what going on with the town government click here.

New Website Design.
Check it out!!

We have recently upgraded the website with a new look.
  New Search Engine Features
We have added new search options to the search engine. Perspective tenants can now set a "Price Range", "Air Conditioning" and "Horse" properties. The "Price Range" feature only returns units of the type and options selected, within the selected price range. Very powerful feature.
  New Front Page "Featured Property" Section
We have added a new section on the home page to display "Featured Properties". All owners that select this option will have their properties rotate in this section for added visibility and potential tenants.
 

New "Event Home and Romantic Getaway" Section
We've also added a new link on the home page to display "Event Homes and Romantic Getaways". These home's are the the best, biggest, or most unique accommodations for a special family occasion or romatic getaways, including family reunions, honeymoons and annual local events. Call us if you would like your property displayed on this page.

 

New Website Owners Section
We have recently upgraded the website and added a new "For Owners" section. You will find a lot of information in this section including:

  • Owner Login
  • The Monthly Newsletter
  • Property Managment Services Info (General information on Service Offerings)
  • Owner Availability and Booking (Secure/Password Protected)
  • Owner Contact Information (Secure/Password Protected For updating your contact information)
  • Owner Trading Post (An online store featuring many products our owners may find of interest.)

  With winter here we recommend an inspection to make sure your property is ready for Pagosa's sometimes harsh weather. Heavy snow and cold can often cause problems, so let us know if you would like us to check out your property.
