| Answer: You must use a popup blocker that allows popup windows from the same site as the link you are clicking. Disable your popup blocker while you try to login. |

| Answer: You must be able to accept cookies. We use a "session" cookie to track whether you are logged on or not. There is no personal information collected or transmitted to us. Follow the steps below to change your cookie settings in MS Internet Explorer setup. |
| Step 1: Open Tools>Internet Options |

| Step 3: Make sure the slider is set to "Medium Hgh" or lower. Any higher setting will not work. If you like to block all cookies then go to Step 5. |
